Our Goal

Our goal in creating this website is to help health conscious people identify and locate LG processed foods. The more people are aware of glutamate’s role in their struggles, the more likely food processors are to take notice that WE HAVE TAKEN NOTICE of what they are doing to our food.

Right now, most “healthy” product lines will have a “sea salt” flavor/option and this version of the product is almost always the lowest glutamate version.

In the next decade we hope that all food companies will feel pressured to keep a version of their product free of natural flavors. They can still offer 15 other options for those customers not sensitive to glutamate, while also offering LG adherents healthy choices.
