Stevia can be a great way to enjoy something sweet without raising your blood sugar. However, too many companies are adding hidden free glutamate to their products, which means you’ll get addicted and be driven to over-consume the items you use them in.

Almost all grocery store brands are modified to include “natural flavors” or other non-necessary additives.
Dextrose is made from corn and will cause issues for people who have corn sensitivity.
“Natural Flavor” just isn’t necessary. It’s in there for product differentiation. Also, it has more erythritol than stevia, but the packaged and branded as a stevia product!
Even within the same brand you have some products that are pure, and others that are not.
